Our heat shrink capsule tool is designed to apply heat shrink PVC capsules to the neck of bottles. This simple action gives the final touch to your oil or wine bottles.

Heat shrink tools are completely electrical - the needed heat is generated to perfectly shrink the PVC capsules on to the bottles.
