PNEUMATIC CAPPER

Air operated capper suitable for closing twist off, snap on or plastic screw caps.

The operator puts the cap in the cap pusher (for twist off or plastic screw caps) and pushes the buttons placed at both sides of the machine base. The closing head descends toward the cap, closing it while a pneumatic system blocks the container preventing it from spinning. The pneumatic motor can be manually adjusted up 11 Nm according to the torque required to close the cap properly.

A hand wheel with a counter provides a reference for the capping head height. Another height regulation can be made on the system that holds the pneumatic piston. In this way, the machine is very versatile and can close bottles up to 350 mm tall.

The PLUS version features a new pneumatic motor with adjustable torque and rotating speed values.
