POLYLAMINATED CAPSULE

Polylaminated Capsules are decorative security elements applied on the bottle cap by rolling method. It is used extensively by the spirit and wine producers.

Polylaminated Capsules can be applied manually on top of the bottle cap or by fully automated machines reaching speeds up to 48,000 caps per hour. Handles sold by Feniks can be applied in both ways.

Polylaminated Capsules can be produced with different specifications according to the preference of the customer.

• Polylaminated film can be printed with any desired color.

• The logo can be processed with embossing or hot stamping on the aluminum top-disc.

• The body can be decorated with 6-color rotogravure or hot-stamping.

• "Tear tape" is added to make opening easier.
