PVC CAPSULE

PVC Capsules are decorative security elements applied on the bottle cap by heat shrinking. It is highly preferred by the spirit, wine, olive oil, vinegar / sauce producers in order to increase the security of the product.

PVC Capsules can be applied manually on the bottle cap or by fully automatic machines reaching speeds up to 48,000 pcs per hour. Capsules sold by Feniks can be applied in both ways.

PVC Capsules can be produced with different specifications according to the preference of the customer.

• PVC film can be printed with any desired color.

• The logo can be processed with embossing or hot stamping on the aluminum top disc.

• The body can be decorated with 6-color rotogravure or hot-stamping.

• "Tear tape" is added to make opening easier.
