VERTICAL VOLUMETRIC FILLER

Our volumetric dosing machines allow manufacturers to dose liquid or semi-dense liquids - may they be alimentary, cosmetic and/or chemical products. These machines are, for example, the perfect equipment to package oil into tin cans and PET containers.

The structure on wheels makes the machine easy to move around and can thus be easily adapted to any of your needs.

The liquid to be bottled can be withdrawn from a container based lower than the machine, which works pneumatically on compressed air. Once the quantity of product to be dosed is selected, the machine directly moves the liquid from the storage tank and stops automatically without wasting a single drop of the product.

The machines are fully customizable to the product and the bottle.

We offer the cylinders in two capacities: 50 to 2000 ml or 250 to 5000 ml
